A few weeks ago I was back in New York (home!) to visit the Steve Madden and Glossybox's head office with BU's Fashion and Retail Association. We started the day at Steve Madden's fabulous office in Midtown and later ventured down to the Meatpacking District where Glossybox has its office. 

Steve Madden brought us into their spacious showroom filled with beautiful footwear everywhere you looked, truly heaven. The Steve Madden team talked to us about their individual roles and answered our questions. They then took us through their upcoming collection and explained their process of selecting products for each season. At Glossybox they talked us through their marketing strategies and who their target customer is. They also gave us our very own glossyboxes and showed us the types of products they use and how they carefully select each product!
