As temperatures continue to drop we look forward to whats in store for Spring ’16 fashion! This season had a major 70’s revival and designers including Jonathan Saunders, Alberta Ferretti, Rebecca Minkoff, and Olivier Rouesteing were a few to take on this trend. Another major trend that was all over the runways was Victorian everything from flares and ruffles, to high collar necklines and flowers. Victorian elegance was seen on the runways from Emilia Wickstead, J.W Anderson, and Erdem to name a few. Off-shoulder halter necklines were  a major trend we can expect to see in spring with Proenza Schouler, Givenchy, and Jason Wu leading the way. Other noteworthy trends include the classic white shirt, pleats, paperbag waists, and marbled knit. Lastly we should certainly expect to see a lot of the lingerie and slip dress trend which was a significant part of Givenchy’s collection as well as Alexander Wang, Wes Gordon, and Calvin Kein. Overall Spring '16 is truly shaping up to be a stylishly eclectic season! Let me know which trend you’re most excited about!
